If you are having trouble in registering your version 6 (2006 onwards) Organiser, check that you have included the = at the end of the registration key.

Additionally, it may appear that you have put in the full registration code but the the Register online button is still grayed out and therefore will not let you register. The probability is that you have entered an incorrect code. Some characters are hard to distinguish - the small l and capital I for example. We have tried to eliminate confusing combinations but the odd one still slips through,
