To CRICKET and PHILATELIC LOVERS

The Cricket Philatelic Society has been established for many years and we have Members from many parts of the world, but would like to increase our Membership.  We are a non-profit making organisation.

Members receive a quarterly bulletin entitled “WICKETS” which has many topics relating to the most fascinating Thematic Collecting of  Cricket on Stamps. (The next issue is in July 2008.

Somewhere in the world, there is always a Cricket Match being played, and on many occasions these matches are commemorated by the issue of a Stamp or Postmark,  which shows some aspect of the ever-growing popular sport of Cricket.

Look at the British Post Office “Smilers” issue above, or check out the special Postmark being used on Covers posted at Lord’s Ground during the latest New Zealand Test Match - not to mention the issues which were made to commemorate the 2007 World Cup, or from Nepal or Austria.

Membership is inexpensive and each issue of “Wickets” contains a wealth of information that any avid Cricket Collector will appreciate. The Membership rates (January – December) are:

Within the UK   £ 6.00   per year

                        Europe             £ 10.00 per year
