In the version 6 Organisers (2006 onwards), reports are not printed directly from your Organiser/cCatalogue. Earlier modelsof the organiser did support direct printing but we found users were having difficulties in obtaining "nice-looking" print-outs if their computer display settings varied from our design standard.

To overcome this, we have the reports exported as rtf format into the "My Documents" directory. Users can then control the format of the document through their choice of word processor
